The 2008 Corn, Soybean and Forage entry blanks are available using Adobe Acrobat .pdf. PDF forms can be printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader available for free from Adobe. Corn and soybean entry blanks are now available in a spreadsheet format which can be downloaded and completed by using Microsoft Excel, once the form is completed it should be e-mailed to the address on the form. The Forage entry blanks are available in Microsoft Word and can be completed using Word then e-mailed to the address on the form. Included are the deadlines for the 2008 entry applications and seed submission.
We encourage everyone to use the Excel version of the corn and soybean entry blank. This will make filling out the form easier and reduce the number of typographical errors. If you choose to use the Excel document, please download the entry instructions as well, this includes the text portion of the entry blank. E-mail the completed entry blank to the address listed on the form.
